Parker Pastures Subscription Policy

📦 Subscription Overview

By subscribing to Parker Pastures, you agree to receive recurring shipments of pasture-raised meat according to your chosen frequency (e.g., monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly). Subscriptions auto-renew on your billing date until canceled.


💳 Billing & Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew on the billing date you selected.

  • Ensure your payment method details are current and valid.

  • Once your renewal is processed, your order will be prepared and shipped.


🔁 Cancellation, Pausing & Skipping

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made before the renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

  • If you cancel after renewal, the charge is final and cannot be refunded; cancellation applies to future cycles.

  • You may pause or skip a box if you make the change before the renewal for that cycle. Once billing is processed, the order cannot be changed.


🚫 Refunds & Returns

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns. However, in the following cases, we will issue a refund or store credit (your choice) for the affected portion:

We cover:

  • Tears or holes > ½ inch in packaging that expose meat to air or contamination

  • Packages arriving unsealed or with broken vacuum seal

  • Meat arriving warm (outside safe temperature range) due to shipping error

  • Visible freezer burn (significant discoloration, ice crystals, or dried-out texture)

  • Incorrect items (wrong cut, wrong box, wrong quantity)

  • Missing items from your order

To request a refund or credit:

  1. Email us within 24 hours of delivery at info@parkerpastures.com

  2. Include clear photos showing the issue

  3. We’ll assess and respond promptly

We do NOT cover:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Late delivery due to address errors

  • Failure to pick up a package on the guaranteed delivery date, causing thawing


⚖️ Relationship to Subscriptions

  • Refunds only apply to the affected portion of a subscription order—not future shipments.

  • Subscription renewals that have been processed and shipped are not eligible for refunds.

  • When claiming refund/credit, that does not cancel your subscription — you must still cancel or skip via your account or by contacting us.


🔄 Failed Payments

  • If a renewal payment fails, we’ll retry automatically.

  • If payment is not resolved within 7 days, your subscription may be paused until payment is updated.


💰 Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices.

  • You’ll be notified in advance, and your continued subscription after the change implies acceptance.
