Our modern food system is broken—so much so that it can hardly be called a food system anymore. Instead, it’s a chemical-driven industry that is depleting our soil, stripping nutrients from our food, and flooding our bodies with toxins. As a result, both our land and our health are in rapid decline.
But I have chosen a different path—one rooted in nature and integrity. Meat raised on lush, green pastures, as God intended, untouched by the corruption of factory farms and industrial agriculture.
My journey with Parker Pastures began at just five years old, when my parents set out on a mission—to provide my brothers, me, and our community with truly healthy, pasture-raised, grass-fed, and grass-finished meats, raised in a way that heals the land.

Growing up, my mornings were spent milking cows, playing in irrigation ditches, building fences, and moving cattle, always trailed by the bottle-fed lambs I nurtured. Through these experiences, I came to understand a simple but profound truth: when we care for the land, it gives back in return—offering us nutrient-dense, life-giving meat.
The road hasn’t been easy. After high school, I left to work on a ranch in Oklahoma, eager to expand my knowledge and gain hands-on experience. But my world turned upside down when I received an unexpected phone call.
My mom was diagnosed with cancer.

Watching her fight through endless doctor appointments and experiencing the gut-wrenching pain of seeing cancer take hold forced me to start asking hard questions. What was in our food? Why are 80% of diseases caused by what we eat? Why have fruits and vegetables lost more than 50% of their nutritional value? The soil has been poisoned, and that ripple effect is undeniable.
Yet, as I saw the darkness in our food system, the light was also revealed. Healthy soil grows healthy plants. Healthy plants nourish healthy cattle. And the result? Nutrient-dense meat that truly heals.
The more I learned, the more I realized my purpose: to provide families like yours with food that restores health, just as nature—and God—intended. But only a few months after taking over Parker Pastures at 19, my mom went to heaven. I loved ranching and the connection between caring for cattle and putting real food on the table, but grief nearly stopped me in my tracks.
Still, by the grace of God, I pressed on—choosing to continue my mom’s legacy and uphold the same uncompromising standards she lived by:
