How long is the beef good for?
This one tends to surprise people. With our heavy duty vacuum seal packaging, the USDA recommendation is to store beef for up to a year, but it will last in the freezer much longer.
How will my beef ship?
Your beef will be carefully packaged with dry ice in a heavily insulated box and shipped via UPS.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before Sunday night will arrive on Wednesday (CO) or Thursday (out of state).

How is the beef raised?
Our cattle are 100% lifetime grazed, grass-fed, grass-finished, and pasture-raised! No grain, feedlots, GMOs, antibiotics or growth hormones around here.
One really amazing thing about our beef is because the cattle graze hundreds upon thousands of different plants throughout their lifetime, this translates into the most flavorful and nutrient dense beef you'll ever have!
