Meat has excellent flavor and quality. It is shipped 2 day delivery with dry ice to insure quick and safe delivery to customer. The shipping container is totally recyclable. Recommend without reservation.

With a half or whole lamb you will receive a wide range of cuts including : lamb chops, ground lamb, lamb shanks, leg of lamb, lamb shoulder roast, and lamb chops
How long is the frozen lamb good for?
With the heavy duty packaging and vacuum seal our butcher uses, our pork will last indefinitely, although USDA recommendations are to use it within 1 year. Occasionally a seal will break after you get your pork, so use those packages first.
