As for vaccines, we take a cautious and mindful approach as we believe in using the least amount of vaccines necessary to provide essential protection to our cattle. The two vaccines we use are carefully selected to aid in the prevention of diseases caused by Clostridium chauvoei, C. septicum, C. novyi Type B, C. haemolyticum (also known as C. novyi Type D), C. tetani, and C. perfringens Types C and D. In other words, the most common diseases in cattle.
Rest assured that our vaccination practices have no adverse effect on the quality or safety of our beef.
This one tends to surprise people. With our heavy duty vacuum seal packaging, the USDA recommendation is to store beef for up to a year, but it will last in the freezer much longer.
Your beef will be carefully packaged with dry ice in a heavily insulated box and shipped via FedEx or UPS.
