Frequently asked questions

Our hogs foraged on diverse, organic, regenerative pastures and receive a nutrient-dense diet of GMO Colorado-grown grains. 

Nutrient density: Pasture-raised pork have access to a diverse diet that includes bugs, grasses, and plants, which results in higher nutrient density, particularly in omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, and minerals.

With the heavy duty packaging and vacuum seal our butcher uses, our pork will last indefinitely, although USDA recommendations are to use it within 1 year.  Occasionally a seal will break after you get your pork, so use those packages first.
